The Catch 22 of Feng Shui
Why Ignoring Your Feng Shui Influences
Can Be More Costly Than You Think.
Now more than ever people are telling me “I wish I had the money to hire you to Feng Shui my home or office.” When I ask why, they reply “I've done everything else and I'm still having health, relationship and/or money problems.”
We have all experienced a 'Catch 22' situation. In order for one thing to happen, something else has to occur first, but it can't. For instance, you're told you need experience to be chosen for a job, but you can't get the experience without having the job. Or you need car repairs so you can get to work, but you have to get to work to earn the money to get the car repaired.
I find that the people who need Feng Shui remedies the most are the ones who are struggling the most. They don't have the cash-on-hand for the Feng Shui consultation. So I am offering two options to those of you in need of a jump-start.

The 5 Feng Shui House Types in Classical Feng Shui are determined with ancient calculations based on the exact magnetic compass orientation of your building and when it was built.
Every building is categorized as one of these 4 House Types...
- The best House Type is "Wang Shan, Wang Shui" in Chinese, which literally means good for mountain and good for water. In Feng Shui what is good for mountain is good for people (health & relationships) and what is good for water is good for money (finances & career). Therefore a Wang Shan, Wang Shui building is most desirable because it is GOOD for PEOPLE and MONEY.
- Good for People, Bad for Money causes continuing Money & Career problems.
- Good for Money, Bad for People causes continuing Health & Relationship problems.
- Bad for People, Bad for Money causes continuing problems in both areas. This is the worst House Type, because you feel like you're swimming upstream in all aspects of your life. When the proper elemental remedies are placed correctly outside the building, the negative influences are neutralized.
5th House Type is a 'LOCKED House, which is a phase that all of the above House Types will go through from time to time, unless they have the necessary elemental remedy to prevent it. Many Chinese refer to a 'Locked House' as an 'Imprisoned House,' because when you are imprisoned your movements are restricted. A building can be 'Locked' on either People or Money... or in some cases 'Locked' on both.
When a house is 'Locked on Money' the flow of money to the occupants is restricted. Occupants of a building that is 'Locked on People' will experience continuing health and relationship problems. For instance, it is very difficult to conceive in a home with a 'People Lock.' A business in a building with a 'People Lock' will have difficulty keeping employees and attracting new customers.
Timing is Everything... Classical Feng Shui utilizes the Chinese SOLAR calendar, which starts on the 4th or 5th of February each year (the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox). All buildings experience Annual (one year) Locks and 20-year Construction Cycle Locks. Most families and businesses can survive an Annual Lock, but it is very difficult to survive a 20-year Lock.
Millions of buildings became UN-locked on February 4, 2004 when the last 20 year Construction Cycle ended and our current Construction Cycle began. Unfortunately, that means that millions of other buildings began a 20-year People or Money Lock and are now feeling the consequences.
This is why entire neighborhoods have begun to improve, while others have begun to decline. It also explains money, health or relationship troubles that occur in a cyclical pattern when you occupy the same building for decades. When you are aware that your building is in or approaching a Locked phase, you can implement the necessary remedy to release or prevent the Lock's negative affects entirely.
